Copyright

Your purchase of "Why Can't I Lose Weight" entitles you to view and print the book for your own use only. Printing or copying of pages for the use of others by any means, whether mechanical, electronic or other, contravenes the copyright of the author. It is also unfair to those people who actually pay for their copy of the book.

Delivery

You should be able to access your copy of "Why Can't I Lose Weight" within minutes of receiving your order. A short delay is necessary while our payment supplier makes the usual credit checks. As soon as these have been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing instructions on how to download the book.

Occasionally it may take a little longer for the email to reach you. This may happen if there are problems on the Internet or if your Internet Service Provider has problems. These events are outside our control.

Taxes and duties

For customers within the EC: we are not registered for VAT.

Taxes, import duties or other levies for customers resident outside the EC: the price shown is exclusive of any taxes, import duties or other levies which may be applicable for customers resident outside the EC. If any such tax, import duty or other levy is payable, it is the responsibility of the customer to identify it and pay the relevant charges. We are not aware that any such charges are payable.

Refund policy

My guarantee to you is that, if you are not satisfied with the book, I will refund your payment in full. Of course, you cannot test out the know-how contained in "Why Can't I Lose Weight" in just a few days. So in recognition of this, I give you a full year to evaluate the book and decide you want to keep it.

Liability and indemnity

The information in "Why Can't I Lose Weight" is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. It is intended to enhance your understanding of the possible factors which may make it difficult to achieve weight loss and to maintain your new weight on a permanent basis. It is recommended that you check with your family physician before embarking on any significant change in diet or exercise. This is particularly important if you have a medical condition of any kind or are taking any prescribed medicines. The author accepts no liability for readers who choose not to obtain their own professional medical advice.
